By ordering a reading or using mysticlinda.com, you agree to the terms below. I have written them the way I write everything — plainly — so you know exactly what you are getting and what I ask of you in return.

What my readings are — and what they are not

My readings and horoscopes are personal spiritual guidance rooted in the principles and beliefs of ancient astrology, offered for insight and reflection. They are meant to bring clarity to your situation and help you see your own path more honestly — never to replace your judgment or your free will.

To comply with legal regulations, all content on this site is provided for entertainment purposes only. A reading is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional in any of those fields. However strongly an impression comes through, the future is not fixed: no specific outcome, event, or result can ever be guaranteed, and decisions you make after a reading remain your own responsibility.

Who may use this service

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a reading or use this site. By ordering, you confirm that you are.

How readings are delivered

Readings and any digital products are delivered electronically, by email, to the address you provide. Delivery is usually prompt; in rare instances it can take up to 24 hours. If your order hasn't arrived by then, check your spam folder first, then write to me.

You agree to provide accurate details — your email address, your date of birth, and the answers you give in the quiz. I read for the details you give me; if they are wrong, the reading will miss its mark through no fault of either of us.

The daily-horoscope subscription

Some offers on this site include a daily-horoscope subscription with an introductory trial period. The price and trial length are stated at checkout. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically each month at the stated price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing support@mysticlinda.com; cancelling stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payments and billing

All payments are processed by Stripe, my payment processor. Your card details are entered into Stripe's secure card fields and never touch this site. Billing questions and payment disputes are likewise handled through Stripe; if one comes up, contacting me first at support@mysticlinda.com is usually the fastest way to resolve it.

The 7-day money-back guarantee

Purchases are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you are unsatisfied with your product, you may apply for a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase. The full terms are in the Refund Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

Your reading is yours — personally

Each reading is prepared for you alone, and it belongs to you for your personal use: keep it, print it, return to it whenever you need. What I ask is that you don't republish, resell, or redistribute readings, digital products, or any other content from this site commercially. The site's own text and design remain my property.

Limits of my responsibility

I promise you a reading prepared with genuine care, honesty, and my full attention. What I cannot promise is any particular outcome in your life, and I am not responsible for decisions you make, or choose not to make, after a reading. To the fullest extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim connected to this service is limited to the amount you paid for it — which is also exactly what the money-back guarantee already offers you back.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time — for example, when I add a new service. The current version will always live on this page with its "last updated" date, and meaningful changes apply only from the date they are posted. Orders are governed by the terms in force when you placed them.

How I handle your personal information — what I collect, where it lives, and the rights you keep — is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
